Our Martial Arts programs range from Kung Fu for children, as young as 2 years old, all the way up to adult Kung Fu and Black Belt programs. We also offer Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Our fitness programs are tailored for every individual from beginner to advanced and include Cardio Kick , BootCamp and Boxing.

Tibetan Lama Pai is your initial introduction to Chinese martial arts and after you receive your Black Belt you may want to try our Choy Leih Faht style. Although we base our Martial arts techniques on centuries old knowledge, it is our application of that knowledge that sets the staff and students at M.A.X. Fitness apart from the rest. Lama Pai, which is based on the movements of the Ape and Crane, is an anti-grappling style that seeks to evade and strike an opponent from long range. We teach a wide variety of weapons and two person sets. A psychological study found that children in martial arts have an increased sense of responsibility, a decrease in the willingness to take foolish risks, and a higher sense of self-esteem. Our Kung Fu program teaches children discipline, how to channel their aggression, essential self defense skills and so much more. A fun, fulfilling workout for adults.
