Boot Camp will take you to a new level of fitness regardless of your current fitness level. Our boot camp classes give you a full body workout experience by incorporating interval training with strength training. The interval training will improve your stamina, agility, flexibility and speed while also reducing body fat. Strength training exercises will define your entire body, increase your energy level and strengthen your core muscles. Each class incorporates different exercises so you won’t get bored and will always have fun. Rafael will challenge you to push your body and mind to new limits. M.A.X.
