Cardio Sculpt
Cardio Sculpt – the same great class as Cardio-Kick with 10 minutes of the class dedicated to a body part such as legs, chest, bi's and tri's or back and shoulders. We use free weights, bands and sometimes your own body weight to enhance your workout.
