M.A.X. The future of Fitness.
Take your training to the next level with F.I.T. and A.S.T. classes.
F.I.T. training stands for Functional Interval Training
Functional strength training involves performing work against resistance in such a manner that the improvements in strength directly enhance performance. Simply stated, the primary goal of functional training is to transfer the improvements in strength achieved in one movement to enhancing the performance of another movement by affecting the entire neuromuscular system.
Interval training can supercharge your fitness, boost your metabolism, burn off that extra fat and start reaching those goals that you have set yourself. Interval training is a type of physical training that involves bursts of high-intensity work interspersed with periods of low-intensity work.
A.S.T. = Athletic Sports Training
This program will aid in all sports related activities due to it’s explosive movements and dynamic muscle development. Similar to the F.I.T. program but the emphasis in this program is speed. The exercises used will make you faster with your reaction time and build endurance. Whatever sport your into, out training will help you reach new heights. Your reaction times will increase, while your stamina will help you supersede your competition.
TRX Suspension Training
TRX exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. TRX helps you build lean muscle, boost your metabolism, tighten your core and increase endurance. Benefits people of ALL fitness levels (pro athletes to seniors)
The Kettle Bell is a whole body strengthening and conditioning tool. Due to its design and the manner in which kettlebell training is performed, it helps to train virtually all the muscles. The benefits from this include weight management, total body strength, improved agility and coordination, explosive power, endurance and super strong core. Kettlebell trains the legs, core, back, shoulders, arms and chest. More importantly almost all, or most, of these muscles come into play on virtually all the kettlebell lifts.
