How often should train with a trainer?
It's important for us to access your personal situation. Once you sit with a personal trainer they will guide you as to your best method to reach your personal goals. Everyone is different and our trainers know how to help each individual on a personal level. When you first sit with a trainer make sure to let them know of your goals and any ailments which they will take into consideration when selectin an approach to your needs.
Can I train everyday?
We have members who do train every day. Once again you need to listen to what your body is telling you. Your trainer can set up a regime for your specific needs.
Will I be sore?
If you do not normally workout, then yes. By the way that's normal. We have had members who worked out else where and were sore after taking our class. The more you train, the easier it gets and the less sore you will be.
How much time should I eat before working out?
You should not eat at least 1 1/2 hours before taking our classes. We will push you, in order to get the best out of you.
Do I need to purchase any equipment?
If the trainer comes to your home or office, they can bring equipment with them.
How do I know if I am making progress?
Your clothes will fit better and you will feel better as well. We have a FREE fitness analysis program. WE can weigh and take your measurements plus we have a fat analysis machine which will tell us your BMI, Fat percentage. We can also suggest a new healthy lifestyle plan for you.
Can I try one of your programs, like Boxing or Cardio-Kick?
When you enroll in our introductory personal training program, you will receive ONE FREE week to try the programs at our place.
When, Where can I do one on one sessions with a trainer?
WHEN:
We can schedule personal training sessions according to your availability and that of the trainer you choose. Our trainers are very knowledgable, caring, friendly and very flexible.
WHERE:
Personal training sessions can take place at our facility or in the privacy of your home or office.
HOW OFTEN:
You can do as many personal training sessions as your budget and schedule allow you. Remember your trainer can put together a training regiment that fits your needs.
