Thank you so much for calling/emailing. I just got back to NY. I'm so sorry I missed class and didn't call. I got sick last Wednesday so I was out for a few days. And I planned to tell you guys I was leaving for Montana Sunday until today but since I was out the days before I forgot to. But I just got home. And I'll be there Sunday. And I'm looking forward to it! I've been thinking about it all week. Thanks again so much for calling/emailing. Next time I'll be sure to let you know on advance.

I started attending cardio kick classes in June and it's been an amazing experience. I was tired of going to the gym and needed something that would hold my interest. I was hooked after my first class. It's invigorating, exciting and addicting. Since June, I've dropped a size and had to buy new clothes! My body is getting toned and lean. I finally feel like I found something that works. The instructors are motivating and very helpful. I've never felt better. Thanks MAX!

I have been consistently taking cardio kick boxing classes at M.A.X. Fitness for approximately 5 years. It is the only physical activity that does not bore me which is one of the main reasons why I keep attending. I feel good after I take a class which is why it has become part of my lifestyle so much so that I try to schedule other things around it so that it does not disrupt my routine. When I finally got my eating under control and lost 23 pounds, I noticed that I have muscle tone that allows me to carry more weight at a smaller dress size due to the countless classes I have taken. In addition, the M.A.X. Fitness instructors have created a friendly atmosphere and really care about their members as well as the surrounding community. It's a very supportive place to get in shape.

I have worked out at many places, with many different trainers, and have tried many different exercise fads - remember Zumba? However, kickboxing is by far the best workout that I have ever experienced. I am not talking about kickboxing at just any place - I am referring specifically to Max's Cardio Kickboxing class.

They provide the ultimate workout experience. To begin, the owners are the nicest, coolest people, with great energy. The classes: they are simply amazing! So much fun! Understand that I HATE cardio, yet I absolutely love Max's cardio kickboxing class. The music is loud, the vibe is great, and the class is a real workout. You leave feeling alive, tired, yet energized! I love it so much that I actually commute in from NYC! No joke! I've looked and looked, but have never found any other kind of workout that is actually fun and produces results. As far as results: my body is in the best shape it has ever been in (my husband will attest to that!). Not only have I shed a few pounds, my body is very toned. I recommend Max's Fitness to everyone and anyone.

"Since I've joined the M.A.X. Fitness kickboxing class, I am able to get a whole body workout in one session without needing to do my weights for toning and the elliptical for cardio separately, as I did in the past. I get more out of the hour long class than I did with my traditional workout routine. The results are not the same as they were from my old workout regimen either. This class targets both upper and lower body muscles all at the same time, as well as cardio, which gives me an overall toned and conditioned result. The varied kicking and boxing combinations make it fun and never predictable or tedious and rote! It's a complete body workout! I love how it maximizes my time and I love the physical results it produces once you stick with it!"

"This is the best gym I ever joined. It's affordable, and a perfect size that's spacious, yet non-intimidating. You can go at your own pace in the kickboxing classes, so you don't have to be a black belt, or have any experience at all, to try it. I am middle aged, but until I look in the mirror, I walk around all day feeling 25. My whole life I have been a habitual excercizer, but joined because running had recently left my joints achy. None of that with kickboxing and my arms have gotten firmer, too. The staff is warm and helful, they have free babysitting, and I understand other classes such as Boxing, Martial Arts and Mixed Martial Arts Oh yeah you can even do one on one with the instructors. I definitely recommend M.A.X. Fitness for anyone who wants to feel good about themselves."

You guys are the best!!! I started cardio-kick back in high school and I instantly was hooked. I have been coming to MAX Fitness for about 7 years now, and I absolutely love it. There's no other workout like the kickboxing workout. Unfortunately they do not have anything like it here at NYU, and I absolutely cannot wait to come home for Thanksgiving/Christmas break and attend MANY classes. Not only is the workout simply amazing and one of a kind, but it's the best stress reliever out there. Everytime I leave the class I feel ontop of the world. In addition, Rafael and Melanie are both such genuine, kind people. They make the members feel like they are part of a big workout family.
