People say it's all about first impressions, well they do a great job from the moment you walk in. Clean rooms, friendly people and a killer work out. Oh and fairly priced. After trying a few other kickboxing places, i will be sticking to this one. I highly recommend anyone.

Kid's & Adult Kung Fu

Our kid’s & adult kung fu program teaches practical, proven self-defense, and self-confidence. Our goal is to build you (or your child’s) self-esteem and confidence while teaching you how to defend yourself in real life situations. Our trainers will help you in a private lesson to achieve their goals.

Fitness Kickboxing

Are you ready to feel empowered, lose weight, and get your health back on track? Fitness Kickboxing will leave you feeling ready to take on life.

In a one on one setting we will tailor your workout to help you reach your optimal goals plus our instructors will make sure you are doing the moves correctly.

Boxing

Getting into shape can be a challenge if you don’t work your entire body. Studying Boxing uses all major muscle groups, helping to give you the strength, flexibility, and stamina you need while learning practical self-defense.

Jungshin Sword Fitness

The body responds by learning to create momentum from the core through to the extremes of the body while engaging the mind in a way that integrates the two together to build an ultimate living matrix of muscles and mind. The results are a body that looks good, moves well, and the belief that you can cut through all barriers to living your life in to create the body and life you want. Work with a trainer directly learning Junhshin Sword Fitness.

Chinese Weapons Training

A balanced curriculum of technical instruction and movement will have you using a Chinese weapon as if you were in a Kung-Fu movie. Each weapon is taught with one thing in mind, to have the student master it and understand applications and movement.
