My son has been a member at Max for the last 6 years. The staff is amazing and have helped shape my son to be an amazing, responsible and respectful boy. They have many different programs to help them grow and succeed. I am extremely proud of what my son has accomplished with the help of this outstanding program. Great workout here ... I chose the Jungshin swords, but there is boxing and other classes here. Clean spacious environment with a knowledgeable staff and friendly attendees. All ages and abilities welcome for different workouts.

People say it's all about first impressions, well they do a great job from the moment you walk in. Clean rooms, friendly people and a killer work out. Oh and fairly priced. After trying a few other kickboxing places, i will be sticking to this one. I highly recommend anyone.

The New Year is here, and with thousands of goals and resolutions in sight, 2020 is the year you should try something new!

Martial arts is an established system that can better the entirety of your being.  Whether you need mental benefits like furthering your discipline muscle, physical
benefits like getting in shape, or maybe you’re just looking to make some new friends; martial arts is for you.

Physical
The most common New Year’s resolution you will hear is to get in better shape.

The physical benefits from martial arts are obvious.

Martial arts will get you in shape in a way you find fun.  Your body gets more comfortable with itself, so you have better control over your physical abilities as well.
